14 Days in Norway, The Perfect Itinerary for Oslo, Bergen & Tromsø

We were recently asked for our top recommendations for traveling through Norway, so we decided to create this detailed 14-day itinerary based on our own unforgettable experiences. Norway has quickly become one of our all-time favorite countries, a place that keeps pulling us back with its stunning natural beauty, vibrant cities, and peaceful charm. From the dramatic fjords to the Arctic lights, every corner of Norway offers something magical, and we’re excited to share some of the highlights from our own journeys.

If you’re short on time, don’t worry, each part of this itinerary can also work beautifully as a standalone city break. Whether you're exploring Oslo's cultural gems, cruising through Bergen's fjords, or chasing the Northern Lights in Tromsø, you’ll find something unforgettable even in just a few days.

Keep in mind that some of the activities and sights are weather dependent and Norway’s weather can be famously unpredictable, especially in the winter months. But with a bit of flexibility and a sense of adventure, you're bound to have an incredible experience.

🇳🇴 Day 1: Oslo

Afternoon
